Yesterday Ben earned his first big potty training reward, a Lightning McQueen car. He had to stay clean and dry all day and it took almost a week, but he did it and we are thrilled. We bought the car last Wednesday and he carried it around everywhere, showing it to everyone. He kept telling me that the car wanted to come out and I told him I agreed, but reminded him of the stipulations. We had to retape the car shut once when he tried to sneak it out, but he learned quickly not to try that again when I stuck it up on the fridge. We're still far from being totally potty trained, but I've seen major progress in just this one week. So there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Weston loves all those "Cars" cars. He literally has all of them, too bad now I can't use those as leverage for when it is his turn to become potty trained...(time is approaching too fast). I will have to think of something else to bribe him with....
It seems like Ben and Weston would get along really well, both loves the Cars and Weston also loves Thomas the train....now if we could somehow get them together:) Going to be in Colorado any time soon???
Good luck with the rest of potty training, when it is our turn I might need some advice, really not looking forward to it.

That is fantastic news! Sienna is on day 3 of completely clean and dry. She's hoping to make it to a full week so she can earn her Cinderella dress back. Soon, potty training will be a worry of the past for both of us. Oh, until Shannon's turn.
Andy's hair looks real short (and dark) on the sides in that picture. Did you go at him with the clippers too?
No, the craaaazy lady at Great Clips went at him with the clippers. I made him use our coupon to go there instead of spending twice as much to go to Sport Clips, where they give him a head and shoulder massage and wrap his head in a warm towel. Not a happy camper to have to trade in those little luxuries.
