Okay, not the machine, but responses to the following question:"What are some growing creative cooking or kitchen trends that you are either interested in yourself or are hearing alot about? (For example: homemade gourmet gingerbread houses, making fresh baby food, etc.)"
This can be things you've heard about, tried, read about, spied on food blogs, or just look interesting. One topic I've read alot about lately is the trend to use bacon in everything from ice cream to liquor.

Speaking of food blogs, last night a friend was outed as a seriously legit cook who has beautifully and painstakingly documented her creations. After arriving home, I seriously spent no less than 30 minutes perusing her blog and can't wait to try some of her recipes. Britni, please don't hate me for passing this on, but your recipes look too delicious to hide from the greater eating world!

In my area it's homemade baby food that's the buzz. We even had a mom in the neighborhood talking about making her own formula. For me, I'm always on the hunt for great vegetarian recipies.
