Sugar and Spice

It's a girl! We had our ultrasound this morning and everything looks good, the baby appears to be healthy and thriving. Whew! The due date is still August 27th and we're now on the hunt for some possible girl names. Please pass on any ideas, as well as any decorating ideas for a bedroom. The one above is from Pottery Barn Kids, which has the cutest stuff. We got some new (to us) white baby furniture off Craigslist a few weeks ago, but now have to come up with some type of acutal decor. The room the baby will be in is actually a very light blue, so maybe we can do pink, purple, or yellow accents so as to avoid having to paint.

Go to the temple for name inspiration. I don't mean spiritually but so you can peruse the lady workers' badges, best source of classy names around. Maxine anyone? Eleanor? Louise?

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am so thrilled for you and so excited that you are having a girl. It's like having a little doll to play dress up with every day. And little girl things are so ridiculously cute. Plus, you look absolutely amazing. I love the belly shot, and I love that Ben thinks that is huge because you are still so tiny. I can't wait to hear what he has to say when you're 9 months along! Again, a million congrats. Miss you tons!!!

Michael gets first dibs on the little lady when she turns 16. 3 years apart isnt that much!

Awesome! What about Portia? I can see you or your little girl playing that role.
Oh yeah--and I saw this decorating idea on the Bailey's for sale blog: polka dots on a background. That way you can have your blue wall and accent colors too! Check it out: http://sites.google.com/site/1628bennigandr/
