As sugar-free gum addict, I'm always looking for a new fix. I'm also picky - strictly mint. A little fruity action is fun every once and a while, but it just loses its flavor too quickly. I love Extra because it's the perfect combination of strong, but not-too-powerful, and long-lasting. Up until now, I've been a religious chewer of the light blue peppermint Extra. But I recently discovered a new Extra flavor that I'm in love with: Supermint. I've only seen it in the 8-packs. If you give it a try, let me know what you think. What is your favorite gum?

Gum Nirvana
As sugar-free gum addict, I'm always looking for a new fix. I'm also picky - strictly mint. A little fruity action is fun every once and a while, but it just loses its flavor too quickly. I love Extra because it's the perfect combination of strong, but not-too-powerful, and long-lasting. Up until now, I've been a religious chewer of the light blue peppermint Extra. I'm with you Nollie! I too love Extra gum, and especially the mint flavors. I used to chew the lime green flavor, but now I too am strictly mint! I love the new Supermint flavor. Amber loves to pick it apart ("it's too spicy")so now it's in a locked cabinet so she can't waste them anymore.
Nollie! You are the only friend I have that talks about gum as if it were a narcotic. :)
And we finally find one point of departure between you and your twin (aka Kurt). He cannot stand gum- hates the texture. Won't touch the stuff unless ABSOLUTELY necessary.

Yes, I am a true addict. Good thing I edited my post, because in the earlier edition I actually used the word "hit" to refer to getting a new piece of gum. Maybe I need an intervention. :)
There's no Extra in Thailand, but I pop Trident pretty much all day long. I often go days at a time without it, though.
The traditional Trident little paper wrappers don't do well in humidity, so the most common form is in 3x3 pellet packs.
I'm carrying two packs of it as I type this: Freshmint and Spearmint. I also occasionally chew Berrymint and Applemint. Those are the only four flavors of Trident available here, so far as I've seen.
I know you're fascinated by my tales of exotic foreign gum...
I used to be a huge Red Cinnamon Extra fan, but I can't find it anymore. So I went to Trident, but lately I love this Citrus Mint Orbit. I, personally, can't do the mint thing, it makes me nauseous.
I'm not sure if this is sugar-free, but I LOVE the orbit fruit/mint combinations.
Do you have an endorsement deal with Extra we don't know about? Sure sounds like it.
