Rented this...Have you seen The Social Network yet? What did you think? Apart from a few shady college partying scenes, it's one of the best movies I've seen in ages. Great dialogue, compelling characters, and an intriguing storyline made me want to watch it all over again. I also want to watch some interviews with the actual Mark Zuckerberg since he's taking over the world.

I think I'd better go find you...
i just watched it for the first time last night and i loved it too and already want to see it again. of course, i'm sure i will because patrick, of course, fell asleep... as he does with every movie we watch. last weekend it was Inception-- how can you fall asleep during that movie? he's got to stop working so hard!
You're experiencing the Zuckerberg effect. Don't fight it.
We watched it the other night too and loved it! It was so interesting . . . . we were talking all about it the next day, analyzing everything. can I be your friend on fb? haha.
I have yet to see it but judging by all the reviews I've heard, I must! I also watched the Golden Globes tonight and it won four of six nominations, including best drama, screenplay, director, and score. Not bad. Mark Zuckerberg probably just needed to friend a few more members of the Hollywood Foreign Press on FB to snag those other nods.
Remember, The Social Network only loosely follows reality. Most of it, like most things, is Hollywoodized to grab said Golden Globes. I don't disagree with your larger premise, the movie just shouldn't be taken as the gospel truth. Anything with Justin Timberlake in it can't be taken totally seriously.
